The Nassau County Veterans Service Agency provides veterans free transportation for scheduled VA Medical Appointments. The veteran will be picked up at their residence and driven by a NCVSA vehicle to a designated VA Facility.
The locations that are serviced for transportation are: VA East Meadow Clinic, VA Valley Stream Clinic, VA Vet Center Hicksville, VA Main Hospital Northport
All appointments for transportation are required to be reserved 2 weeks prior to scheduled VA appointment.
