We will be selling 500 raffle tickets at $100 each, raising a total of $50,000. Of that, $25,000 will be given back in cash prizes. There will be 13 winners ranging from $500 to a Grand Prize of $10,000. Drawing will be held during the FDNY MCA USMC 250th Birthday Celebration at Fort Hamilton.

The United Veterans Organization and local Veteran Organizations in Nassau County will conduct the Annual Veterans Day Ceremony. The event will honor all Military Veterans for their service and sacrifice.

WHEN: 11NOV2025, 1030

WHERE: Manhattan, 5th avenue at 23rd street

The FDNY VFW Post 12033 will be marching in the 2025 NYC Veterans Day Parade, carrying 47 US Flags to honor the 47 FDNY members who have made the ultimate sacrifice while on active military duty. Active and retired Military Veterans of the Department, along with any Department members who wish to support our Veterans, are encouraged to join. Members interested in participating should assemble on 5th Avenue at 23rd Street in Manhattan at 10:30 AM in Class A Uniform. Official VFW caps are authorized and encouraged to be worn with the Class A uniform for this event. If you have any questions, please contact FF Sam Erwin, SQ-18 at 919-270-1074.
