To honor and remember the legacy of Long Island native and fallen Hero, Lt Michael Murphy; US Navy Seal and MOH Recipient

Complete the full workout and each exercise:
Run 1 mile, 100 Pull ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats, Run 1 Mile
Armed Force Challenge event has set aside a limited number of spots for each group of participants from Army, Marines and FDNY.
Registration Required, (Scan QR Code on flyer to register)
Non-Competitive and Competitive Elite Classes
Some equipment required, (20 lbs. vest or equivalent), Pull up band assist allowed in non-competitive category.
Organizers are inviting any FDNY Military Veteran to participate in the event in hopes of filling a majority of the FDNY spots with veterans.
ALL FDNY Members are welcome to participate.

Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony

FDNY VFW Post 12033 will host our Memorial Day Observance and Wreath laying to remember our 47 Members who died while serving on Active duty and a special honor to remember the 55 of 343 FDNY members who died on 9-11-2001 that were also veterans.
This is our event and we can use more hands to support.
