Nassau County Legislator Rose Marie Walker, in partnership with County Executive Bruce Blakeman, and the Nassau County Veterans Service Agency, is hosting a free Veterans Benefits and Information Seminar for veterans and their family members to be briefed on a variety of available benefits and other important veterans information. Veteran counselors will be present to answer questions and schedule follow-up appointments.

FDNY Marine Corps Association Annual Big Bucks Raffle

We will be selling 500 raffle tickets at $100 each, raising a total of $50,000. Of that, $25,000 will be given back in cash prizes. There will be 13 winners ranging from $500 to a Grand Prize of $10,000. Drawing will be held during the FDNY MCA USMC 250th Birthday Celebration at Fort Hamilton.
UVO Veterans Day Ceremony
